spent the morning up at eldora. view is from the top looking back toward boulder...sweet little inversion going on before it started dumping, again. good crüe of pbs, bonafied, lüke and stü. was our first day up at the eldora as we did not want to deal with the 70 due to a lane closure and loveland pass being closed. definitely disappointed in the snow situation as the freshies were mashed down by the freshie killer (aka grooming machine). still better than sitting on the couch eating doritos....plus, it's always a treat watching lüke and stü terrorize the place.
later, after a much needed nap, and before dinner, we took the little man out for some freshies of his own. he loves the snow...if we could just convince him to keep his mittens on. should not be too much longer and we will have him carving wicked arcs on the bunnies. homemade corn chowder for dinner....abs is the best. peace.
