i guess things have been a little busy so far this year with trips to johannesburg, beunos aires, paris and basel...as a result, the updates are a bit behind. in just over a week we will celebrate our ein jahrestag in deutschland...amazing how quickly it has flown by...anyway, it was quite a nice day and we took off to schäftlarn, which sits on the isar....it's a great place with a massive benedictine monastery and a few good looking biergartens. it's about 20km from our pad. i've been biking down here over the last few weekends and am impressed with the terain and number of cyclists.
