1st run of 2009 today....as can be seen the temps were a balmy -4C.we arrived back in germany on the 31st....just in time to party with our fellow pullachians. i would not have guessed it but these germans are crazy, i mean really crazy, for fireworks. they started somewhere around 8pm and lasted until ~1am. at one point i thought this must have been what it was like during the war.
anywho, as it turned out, this was not a big deal as we all had a wicked case of jetlag and were up later than this anyhow.
stay phat in 2009.
